The KTU310 integrated on-line turbidimeter is designed and made by the principle of scattering light turbidimeter. When a beam of light enters a water sample, the light is scattered by the turbidity material in the water sample. The turbidity in the water sample can be calculated by measuring the intensity of the scattered light in the vertical direction of the incident light and comparing it with the internal calibration value, the final value is output after linearization.

6.1.2 Maintenance Methods
Sensor outer surface: clean the sensor outer surface with tap water, if there is still debris residue, wipe with a damp soft cloth, for some stubborn dirt, you can add some household cleaning liquid in tap water to clean.
Check the wire of the sensor: the wire should not be taut when working normally, otherwise it is easy to break the wire inside the wire and make the sensor can not work normally.
Check if the measuring window of the sensor is dirty and the cleaning brush is normal.
6.1.3 Points to Note
The probe contains sensitive optical and electronic components. Make sure the probe doesn’t get hit by any heavy machinery. There are no parts inside the probe that require user maintenance.
Zero-point calibration: take a proper amount of zero-turbidity liquid with a large beaker and place the sensor vertically in the solution. The front of the sensor should be at least 10 cm from the bottom of the Beaker. zero-point calibration should be carried out after 3 ~ 5 minutes of numerical stabilization. Instruction Reference Appendix.
Slope calibration: the sensor probe is placed in standard solution, the sensor front end is at least 10 cm from the bottom of the Beaker, and slope calibration is carried out after 3 ~ 5 minutes of numerical stabilization. Instruction Reference Appendix.
